The two started this small business because they wanted to share the best parts of their travels with their friends and family. One of the best parts of their adventures is FOOD! One delicious treat they discovered was “Shaved Snow." Both the husband and wife value relationships and community, so the name "Lilly Bean" - a nickname given to the wife from a friend - was chosen for this relationship-

based business. Thus, Lilly Bean’s Ice Desserts was born! Lilly Bean’s Ice Dessert is excited to introduce an innovative, delicious dessert called “Shaved
Snow.” This dessert is low in sugar and calories making it much healthier than ice cream. Shaved Snow originated from the night markets of Taiwan. Our shaved snow is infused with real fruit flavors combined with a subtle hint of milk. We prepare this delicacy by artistically shaving round dessert blocks into a ribbon-like texture. Then, we top it with high-quality ingredients such as fresh fruit and a sweet drizzle. The end result is a treat that will melt in your mouth like fresh, fluffy snow!
