First we officially kicked off the newly-reimagined Esther's Table Kitchen & Cocktails. Then took it full throwback mode up in The Dome on our rooftop (where Esther 👛loved to throw her famously fabulous fetes). ✨🎼🤩

👛🥂✨Some people collect recipes. Esther collected experiences.

As the matriarch of the family who built our hotel back in 1963, Esther traveled 🌎✈️🧳the world, never asked permission before doing something she believed in, looked out for people, and had a knack for turning everyday moments into a little bit of fun. (She loved to sing 🎼).

Esther’s Table is inspired by her adventurous approach to life. Think inventive food and w**e pairings (🥘+🍷). Unexpected master mixologist-crafted cocktails🍸. And an elevated yet comfortable vibe where trying something new is always encouraged. As Esther loved to say: "Try it. If you don't like it, don't eat it!"

Were some of us mispronouncing Dinner Du Nord? 💯Absolutely. But who cares? Dinner Du Nord is not about proper pronunciation. It’s about community. It’s about culture. It’s about pride in our city and people.🫶And it’s about showing up and bringing the very best food and hospitality you can.

And we did. Esther would be proud.
