Last fall, Apeksha & Mitch kicked off their wedding weekend at Woodland Glasshaus with a beautiful welcome dinner, Mehndi & Sangeet celebration—bringing their loved ones together for an evening filled with henna, music, dancing, incredible food, and traditions that made the celebration entirely their own.✨

We’re honored when our spaces get to hold more than just the wedding day itself! Our newest hors d’oeuvres bring color, texture, and thoughtful flavor to the table—from savory beet macarons with whipped goat cheese and candied walnut to carrot arancini, stuffed Peppadew peppers with goat cheese, pineapple jam and speck, whipped ricotta crostini with pickled peppers and fresh basil, shrimp toast skewers, and steamed chicken dumplings.

We celebrate the extraordinary life of Sue Zelickson — a true force in Minnesota hospitality, a storyteller, a mentor, and our forever friend.

Sue had a rare ability to make everyone feel like they belonged at the table. Through decades of championing chefs, celebrating restaurants, and sharing the stories behind our industry, she helped shape the culinary landscape of the Twin Cities in ways that will continue for generations.

Her curiosity was endless, her generosity unmatched, and her passion for bringing people together was at the heart of everything she did. Through her award-winning work in food journalism, her advocacy for women in hospitality, and the countless relationships she nurtured along the way, Sue reminded us that food is about so much more than what is on the plate — it is about connection, community, and the people gathered around it.

We are grateful for every conversation, every laugh, every celebration, and every moment shared with Sue. Her influence will live on in the many lives she touched.

Sue, thank you for showing us how to live generously, love deeply, and always leave room at the table.

Two months ago today, we said I do in a room filled with so much love. Since May 30, I’ve been asked how married life is going. For the most part, it’s the same as before, but now I get to call Cody Warren my husband. And I am so grateful. Cody, I love you!
