We're fortunate to call Minnesota home, where producers like Shepherd's Way Farms make it possible to create dishes rooted in both place and season. Their sheep's milk is currently at the heart of our pre-dessert course, highlighting the partnership between exceptional ingredients and the craftsmanship behind every course at Demi. From the pastures at the farm to our counter, we're proud to share a small taste of their story with every guest who joins us!
