One of the gentlest ways to press sake.

Shizuku, meaning "droplet," is a traditional method where sake is allowed to drip naturally from suspended bags rather than being mechanically pressed. Gravity does the work, slowly separating the sake from the rice solids over time.

The result is often a sake with exceptional elegance and refinement.

A slower process. A smaller yield. A beautiful expression of what patience can create. 🍶
