At gigi’s, most everything is scratch-made, using as many locally farmed, natural & organic ingredients as possible. gigi’s uses sustainably produced meat

s & is committed to respecting world’s water sources through membership in the Minnesota Zoo Fish Smart program. gigi’s coffee is purchased directly from farmers, is shade grown and organic, and roasted right here in Minneapolis by B&W Specialty Coffee.
