Recently, the crew at Travail Kitchen & Amusements spent the day alongside local farmers and foragers, gathering inspiration straight from the source!
Our team had the incredible experience of visiting Liten Bekk Farm and they came back full of new ideas for our latest tasting experience!
Our Forager Dinner began last week in our Sky Lounge and runs Thursday–Saturday through May 30!
A multi-course dinner filled with mushroom broths, foraged greens, delicate flowers, and proteins like smelt, wagyu, and rabbit all locally and sustainably sourced!
