Good morning SunRays ☀️💛

Since October is Depression Awareness Month, I just want to say… check on your people. And I mean REALLY check on them.

Everybody who’s smiling isn’t always okay. Everybody who keeps showing up isn’t always okay. Sometimes people are carrying things you would never know about.

So give people a little extra grace. Be kind. Send that text. Make that phone call. Sit down and have that cup of coffee with somebody. ☕️

And make sure you’re checking in with yourself too.

We all need a little sunshine sometimes. 🧡☕️
