Join us Wednesday, October 21st from 5–7 PM for our first-ever C***R FLIGHT NIGHT with Keepsake Cidery co-founders Tracy Jonkman & Nate Watters.

Tracy and Nate craft high-quality c***r in Dundas, MN! At their organic farm, just south of Northfield, they cultivate over 5,000 apple trees on 25 acres (PLUS pears, plums, grapes, and berries). They craft their c***rs from local apples using traditional methods, utilizing spontaneous fermentation with no added sugars, sulfites, or additives. 🥂

Come sip and chat with Tracy and Nate, and hear the story behind Keepsake Cidery, or simply relax and enjoy the evening at your own pace!

Here’s what you need:
•0.75 oz SLL Sake Barrel 🥃
•0.75 oz Del Santo 🌿
•0.75 oz Il Gusto di Amalfi Limoncello 🍋
•0.75 oz fresh lemon juice ✨

How to make it:
1. Add everything to a shaker 🥃
2. Give it a good ol’ skake ❄️
3. Strain over a big cube in a rocks glass 🧊

We’re so excited to introduce our TWO new Single Barrels, and South Lyndale is the only place in MN to find them!

Fiji Islands 7 Year -
✨Delicate, with notes of banana chips, almonds, McIntosh apples (right from the tree!), Madagascan vanilla, and a little hint of chocolate right at the end. Perfect for sipping.

Paraguay 12 Year -
✨Think caramel, maple syrup, browned butter, vanilla, and then add a little brine and some grassy notes. So unique!
