Get ready for an action packed week at FKBC! 3 days of trivia, THC Tuesday and of course every Lynx postseason game in the taproom… But most importantly we’re celebrating our 7th Anniversary this Saturday with the 365 DAYS OF INCIDENTS RAGER! It’s been our absolute pleasure serving y’all over the past 7 years, let’s get together to party the only way we know how, with great b**rs & good friends. Here’s the rundown of this week’s events:

🍃 TUE: THC Tuesday ($2-off THC Sodas Here, $4-Off To-Go! $4.20 off Pizzas!) and don’t miss the Lynx earring popup by Post Game before the Lynx game at 7pm!

🎉 SAT: 1-10PM 365 DAYS OF INCIDENTS B**r release & 7th ANNIVERSARY RAGER!! Join us for the release of our biggest b**r of the year and a little fun around the taproom going all day long!

If you think our b**r is wild, wait until you meet the guests of honor at our 365 DAYS OF INCIDENTS 7th Anniversary Rager next Saturday!

While you’re hanging out with the herd, you can get your hands on our biggest b**r of the year: 365 DAYS OF INCIDENTS DDH Hazy Double IPA. Brewed specifically for our anniversary, this year’s festive juice bomb features a velvety barley and oat grain bill give it a ridiculously plush mouthfeel and the New Zealand Nectaron and Superdelic hops give every sip intense notes of sweet candy, red berries, passion fruit, and plush nectarine. Drop by for a first taste and grab a 4 pack to-go before they’re gone!
We’ve also got a local craft market, elite food trucks, an art gallery from Uptown Tattoo, and DJs spinning all day.

Today’s the day! FRIGHT NIGHT MARKET takes over the taproom 6-10pm tonight, with a special secret horror film screening on all the screens in the joint at 9PM! FALL FRIGHT NIGHT MARKET TAKES OVER THE TAPROOM THIS SATURDAY 6-9pm! 📼🧟📕

Satisfy your devilish desire for all things horror kitch at this FREE pop up market and screening in the Falling Knife Brewing parking lot (if there is poor weather we will move this indoors).

Vendors and artists will be selling VHS, Vinyl records, original art, books, vintage posters, t-shirts, masks and so much more!

Live DJ’s spinning scary good tunes and live tarot readings going on 6-9PM

Plus we’re ending the night with a screening of a mystery horror film outside on a big screen in the parking lot around 9pm!

We’ll have plenty of cold b**r, THC and non-alcoholic drinks and our friends Potters Pasties Food Truck will be serving up snacks all night long! So bring the munchies and your lawn chairs to grab the best spot to watch the movie.

We’ll see you boys and ghouls Saturday Nite! 👍🍻

Join us in the taproom for another Hobby Swap Nite; “Clothing Swap Nite” on October 11th from 1 PM - 5 PM!

It is completely free to attend and participate. Just bring your excess wardrobe items to trade with other stylish b**r lovers! Grab a fresh brew, share some outfit tips, and leave with a brand-new addition to your closet! Then after the meet up we will be collecting any clothing left behind to donate to a local charity to help Minnesotans in need.

RE-ANIMATOR has been resurrected! Our Black IPA’s smooth, velvety body is built on a base of 2-row, Midnight Wheat, Caramel 40, Carapils, and Sinamar, malts. This year’s version showcases hops from our friends at Coleman Agriculture in Oregon, featuring Coleman Simcoe, Amarillo, and Cascade in the dry hop. A nod to the dark arts, RE-ANIMATOR pours jet black with a smooth roast character that never overpowers your mortal tastebuds.

Expect enchanting aromas of grapefruit, orange zest, pine, and resin layered over subtle notes of dark chocolate and roasted coffee. The roast remains smooth and restrained, allowing the vibrant hop character to crawl through with a crisp, clean finish. Get your hands on a taste in our taproom this weekend on draft or 4-packs to-go! 👍🍻

The cat is outta the bag, LUCKY CAT ARMY is back on tap! We’re seriously so impressed with how fast y’all drank it we had to bring it back for another round on draft!

Brewed with Pale Pilsner malt and flaked rice for a super-light crisp body, then whirlpool hopped with Crystal that gives layers of citrus, soft fruits and delicate floral notes, and fermented with a German l***r yeast for a restrained ester profile brings the brightness of the ingredients to life in every sip.
