1. How long have you been working here? “8 years.”

2. What is your go-to order off of our menu? “Any of our salads! They are all so good it’s hard to pick one!”

3. What is something your coworkers would say you’re known for? “My extensive hair accessories and earring collection.”

4. What is your favorite part about working here? “Starting as a bus girl, then working the counter, and now waitressing has given me the opportunity to learn every aspect of the restaurant. Each role has helped me grow, build new skills, and gain a greater appreciation for the work that goes into creating a great experience for our customers!”
