That’s right, our SECOND location is coming soon, bringing all your favorites to TWO towns: Alba & Mineola.

From brisket and ribs to cowboy beans and birria tacos… we’re fixin’ to serve it all.

Mineola, get ready!! We are working to get our second spot ready just across the railroad tracks on highway 69 where Boom Nutrition - Mineola used to be!

Hey everyone!!! Hope all is well and thank all of yall that support food trucks and small businesses, it’s a hustle from dusk til dawn but I know that every owner appreciates each and every one of you that support. Thank you mineola for the opportunities that yall gave Jorgie’s and don’t be scared to blink because if we reappeared it will be longer than a minute. Love yall mineola !! Go Jackets!!!!!!!

To all of our friends and friends that have become family. We want to Thank you all from the Deepest bottoms of our Hearts!!! We have had an awesome run from starting at The Mineola Country Club to giving it a round At the Line and giving it a go at a name change To The Texan Hall by Jorgie’s !!! A lot of yall know the story behind the Name I gave these restaurants. It meant a lot to me and then moving on to continue in a food trailer and wow what an experience!!! Jorgie I think will be proud and also ok with my decision to move on to another adventure in life as we all know we only live once and never know when our time will come. so saying all that we have decided to move on and retire Jorgie’s we love each and everyone of you and will always keep Mineola close to our Hearts !!! Thank all of yall for the support and for making Jorgie’s a part of your lives aswell!!!
We will be selling our trailer many have seen it and know it’s ready to roll and can be used to cook all varieties of entrees which you have seen.
We will try to continue to serve until it sells. So if I could I ask for everyone’s help in trying to sell it so please share. Thank you!!
