A friendly reminder that we will be closed all week. We have several employees that will be out on a trip they have had planned and we are using this time to do a deep clean and some much needed maintenance around here. **We will be closed next week for equipment repairs and maintenance while several of our employees are out of town.**

We are apologize for the inconvenience, but would be too short handed in the shop to handle any orders, so we have just decided to utilize that week for repairs, maintenance, and a deep cleaning.....and possibly a small break for myself and Dave, as well. We are going to discuss all the suggestions given for the hours we are open and try to come up with a solution. I truly appreciate all the love, support, and patience as we grow and try to find our stride. As a first time restaurant owner, and one with underlying medical issues, it is challenging, to say the least. Please have patience with us.
