Starting tomorrow (Thursday, March 26th), we are going to releasing a new roll! This is the Firecracker: fried shrimp, crabmeat, and avocado inside. Spicy tuna on top, drizzled with spicy mayo, eel sauce, and sesame sauce with a spicy onion and corn chip crunch piled on.
It is priced at $13.49/plus tax. Come give it a try!

Starting tomorrow (Monday Feb 9), we will be introducing a limited roll for the month of February! This is our Valentine’s Roll. It will consist of fresh salmon, fresh tuna, crabmeat, avocado, asparagus, mango, strawberry, and cream cheese. Once rolled into its heart shape, it is topped with mango sauce and a drizzle of eel sauce.
It is shown here on soy paper, and the cost of the item is $14.45/plus tax as displayed, but we can also do it on seaweed for $12.95/plus tax!

We’re only doing this roll for the month of February so get it while it’s here!

Due to current weather predictions, it’s looking like we will be closed this coming Monday (January 26th). If anything changes, we will be sure to keep you all updated. Everyone be safe out there!

Along with the New Year, we’re also introducing new rolls! Both of these with be available for purchase next week on Monday (Jan 5th).

First we have the Volcano roll: crabmeat, avocado, and cream cheese inside of a roll and laid flat. We mix up scallops and crabmeat in a tartar-dynamite sauce and place it in a mound on top. The roll gets baked and finished with spicy mayo, eel sauce, and masago.

Secondly, we have our Jumbo Dynamite roll: egg rolls and crabsticks are fried then placed inside, followed by cream cheese, avocado, cucumber, and jalapeño. The whole roll is battered and fried thereafter. We finish it with a drizzle of eel sauce, spicy mayo, dynamite sauce, and sweet chili sauce.

These items are both priced at $13.95/plus tax. Try them out and let us know what you think!
