What an unforgettable evening at Discovery World's Annual Explore Gala! We were honored to celebrate with a community devoted to Discovery World's mission of inspiring generations to explore the wonders of science.

Our very own Chef Paul Bartolotta took the stage to speak about the outstanding relationship we have shared with Discovery World, to highlight several great auction items, and to reaffirm our commitment to supporting their mission: inspiring generations to explore the wonders of science.

Thanks to the generosity of everyone in the room, the evening raised over $660,000 for Discovery World. To every guest, donor, and partner who joined us, thank you for helping support this incredible organization.

We were honored to take part in the "Dessert First" portion of She Will: A Legacy of Leadership Celebration, benefiting Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast.

For the challenge, Bartolotta Catering & Events at Discovery World Executive Chef Felix Rosado was tasked with creating a dessert using the iconic Do-si-dos cookie and delivered with Peanut Butter Cookie Butter Cheesecake Bites.

We were proud to stand alongside such talented culinary peers in support of this meaningful cause.
