Philly cheese steak stuffed peppers Green pepper, sliced roast beef, mushrooms, onions, peppers, and minced garlic sautéed then stuffed in to pepper top with provolone and bake for 20-25 minutes ( I baked my peppers for a few minutes before stuffing)
