What a beautiful fantastic weekend.. we did a Nigerian wedding all weekend of 275+ people. We have never cooked so much but it was a awesome experience. Waiting for our next adventure… Their menu was baked chicken, smothered chicken, baked Mac and cheese and dressing on Friday and fried chicken, baked chicken, spareribs, baked Mac N cheese, dressing and greens beans on Saturday… my God they enjoyed it all!!!!

Time is moving close to the big day.. we have been blessed to cater a 275 head count wedding this coming weekend and we have spent the last two weeks Randy Brown and I cleaning and seasoning ribs and chicken. This will be a two night event and I am really grateful that the bride and groom trusted us to take on this job.

Catering tonight for a foster care event and it was very nice. I love doing to catering but after it’s done I just be trying to find my bed 🥱🥱😴😴😴😴 I have got to do better with getting pictures 🤦🏾‍♀️
