Gilles Frozen Custard Wisconsin's Oldest Frozen Custard Stand. After enjoying almost 40 years with Gilles, Paul decided to sell the stand to Robert Linscott in 1977.

Built in 1938 by Paul Gilles, Gilles Frozen Custard has been serving superior frozen custard to the Milwaukee Area for over 87 years. Opening in 1938 under the ownership of Paul Gilles– Gilles Frozen Custard began its 84+ year history of family and frozen custard. Robert ran Gilles for 15 years before handing it off to his sons, Tom and Pat. In 2001 Tom became the sole owner and is now, after 13 years welcoming his son W***y to the stand. Three generations of Linscotts have turned Gilles into the iconic custard stand that Milwaukee loves. Located at 7515 W. Bluemound Road, Gilles offers an impressive variety of frozen custard, treats and eats. We have a Pick Up Window. Call ahead with your order and pick it up while you stay in your vehicle.

The Sandwich of the Month is the Corn Dog!! It's not technically a sandwich, but it's still a popular choice all around! One Corn Dog is $5.75, or you can get two for $10!🌭😋
Our Featured Shake is the Pumpkin shake—we blend real pumpkin into our vanilla shake, and top it with whipped cream and cinnamon!! 🎃🍂
Our Featured Sundae is the Caramel Apple Crunch!! Fall is always my favorite season because this lovely sundae with hot caramel, warm apples, and chopped nuts gets to make an appearance!!! 🍎🥜

Last but not least, we're having an exciting and different Flavor of the Month—Candy Bar Crunch!! It'll be vanilla custard with a variety of different candy bars mixed in! 🍫🍪🍨
