Are you tired of working in a hot kitchen; taking a long time to close after a long shift? Aloha Poke Co could be the place for you! We are looking to hire and train Assistant Managers for our Third Ward, Wauwatosa, and Mequon locations. You will be the face of the place!
Qualified applicants must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, an upbeat and outgoing personality, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and a strong work ethic with the mindset to do whatever it takes to get the job done with 100% integrity.
As a manager in training, you will be learning how to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of an Aloha Pokē restaurant.
- 2 years of previous food or restaurant service management experience.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices with the focus of customer
safety.
- A smile and friendly disposition with an attitude driven toward success.
- Demonstrated ability to execute a daily checklist with accuracy &
consistency.
- Sense of urgency and professionalism
- Punctuality
