🍢🔥 Grilled Jerk Honey Butter Skewers
Sweet heat, smoky grill flavor, and fresh veggies — the perfect summer bite
These grilled skewers are brushed with a warm jerk honey butter glaze that hits every note: sweet, smoky, spicy, and buttery. Paired with shrimp and roasted veggies, they’re quick to make and full of bold flavor. Add Cuire Cajun Kickor Island Fire to take them to the next level.
Ingredients
Jerk Honey Butter Glaze
1 stick Butter
½ cup Jerk Sauce
2 tbsp Honey
Optional: 2–3 drops Cuire Island Fire for tropical heat
Skewers
Brussels Sprouts (lightly steamed)
Onion (cut into chunks)
Bell Pepper (cut into chunks)
1 lb Shrimp (peeled & deveined) or your choice of protein
Cajun Seasoning (to taste)
Fresh Lemon (for finishing)
Optional: 2–3 drops Cuire Cajun Kick for extra flavor depth
Directions
Steam Brussels sprouts for 3–5 minutes until just tender.
Assemble skewers by alternating Brussels sprouts, onion, bell pepper, and shrimp (or chosen protein).
Season lightly with Cajun seasoning. Add Cuire Cajun Kick if you want extra layered flavor.
In a small saucepan, melt butter and stir in jerk sauce + honey to create the glaze. Add Cuire Island Fire for bold heat.
Brush skewers with jerk honey butter, then place on a 350°F grill for 6–8 minutes, turning halfway through.
Once cooked and lightly charred, brush again with glaze and finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
Serve immediately.
