As we promised, starting today we will have Empanadas 🥟 freshly and instantly made (NEVER FROZEN), chicken, pork and beef.

We also have Mini Quesadillas prepared with lettuce, tomato, cheese and sour cream on top.

Other item on the Menu is Flautas(Fried Tacos)(Chicken and beef), Huaraches, and Sopes with your choice of meat. Prepared with lettuce, tomato, cheese and sour cream on top.

Let's not forget to mention Our Chimichangas with your choice of meat, and rice and beans on the side.

🚨 Important Announcement 🚨

Dear Taco Lovers,

It is with a heavy heart that we announce that *Don Pastor*, our beloved taco truck, has temporarily closed due to a recent robbery. This unfortunate incident left us without the essential equipment needed to serve our delicious food.

We are committed to bouncing back and are working tirelessly to get back on our wheels. We plan to reopen Wednesday October 30th, at our regular location which is at The Pumping Station Park on Humbolt & Chamber's at 1pm and we can't wait to serve you all again.

Hello Neighbors and friends,
Wanted to inform you all of our new location At The Pumping Station Park located on 1311 E Chamber's (Humboldt and Chambers). We will be operating Monday-Friday from 11am-7pm for the rest of the season!

This Saturday April 27th 2024 we will have a Pop Up with Pedro's South American Food which Don Pastor Food Truck will have a " TACO SPECIAL" on the Al Pastor Tacos for only $2.
Be sure to come out and support your local food trucks at The Pumping Station Park.
