DELUXE: Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, American cheese and Mayo

We like those toppings too, but they prevent the bun from gluing to the meat/cheese. They fall all over the place, the tomato slides out, the lettuce is warm and often times they’re just a filler for less meat. Our potato buns this week are going to get a workout.

Personally, we love a steakhouse style thick burger on a brioche bun too. These toppings can work there. Anyways 😆 if you’re still with me… you asked for it, we’re caving.
