All this wood laying around makes me think of filling a smoker. So on Thursday we are having Pulled Pork 3 ways. You can get a choice of Pulled Pork Sandwich and Tots, Pulled Pork Totchos or a Pulled Pork Parfait. Add a drink for $12

It is Wednesday so we are making Meatloaf. Thank the Lord the grocery stores are back up and running. Still waiting on the turkey we like to use to come in but that's all we are missing. Add 2 sides and a drink for $12.

We will be opening tomorrow, Tuesday. It will be a limited menu. Burgers and chips. Gumbo and rice, Chicken and Tuna Salad. I'll have sausage gravy and biscuits in the morning. I've got eggs also. No bacon or cheese though. Opening at 7 and staying until the food runs out.
