Several weeks ago we were contacted by an organization stating they needed Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for 12 days for 40 people! Most of the time, we wouldn’t even give an opportunity like this a 2nd thought before enthusiastically saying…YES!!

However, we knew our schedule was already incredibly full with existing Caterings & a BIG Southern Raceway Fireworks show, so we enthusiastically said…YES!!

This morning I snapped the sunrise photo from our restaurant parking lot, tonight I snapped the photo of boots lining a hallway, clothes hanging on a wire and a sunset photo confirming…YES, was the right answer!!

The guys we served are the VERY BEST at what they do and they do it without hesitation every day protecting our Freedoms!!

Many THANKS to everyone who has helped us the last 12 days flawlessly execute every catering, a BIG Fireworks show and every meal served…We appreciate you more than you will ever know!

Tonight, we are laying our heads down for some much needed rest with gratitude in our hearts knowing we are BLESSED BEYOND MEASURE!!

Steve and his Sister In Law, Mallory testing a Fireworks “set piece” for tonight’s Barney Barnhill Memorial Race and Fireworks show at Southern Raceway!

It’s not too late to join us…tickets are still available!!

As most know, Barney Barnhill, mentored Steve in the Fireworks business many years ago so to say we are excited to be a small part of this fantastic weekend of racing with our Friends at Southern Raceway would be an absolute understatement!! We too, have some Fireworks surprises up our sleeve for Sunday night in honor of our Friend and Steve’s mentor, Barney Barnhill!!

With that being said…You might want to purchase your reserved seating @ at Southern Raceway and have your camera in hand!!

We have something special planned for our Labor Day Weekend races!

We can't tell y'all what it is just yet, but here's a hint!
