WHEW!!! 🥵 It is BLAZING hot outside!

So… who’s got a pool big enough for all of us?! 😂 At this point, I think we’re all counting down the days until cooler weather. 🙋🏻‍♀️

With so many new chain restaurants opening around Pace, I just want to encourage everyone to remember the local businesses that have been part of this community for years.

At Nim’s Garden, we’ve proudly been serving Santa Rosa County since November 1991. For over 30 years, we’ve had the privilege of watching families grow up, celebrating birthdays, sharing anniversaries, and creating memories around our tables. Many of you came here with your parents, and now you’re bringing your own kids. That means more to us than you’ll ever know.

My dad spent over 33 years building Nim’s Garden into what it is today. He poured his heart and soul into this restaurant, and continuing the legacy he created is something our family is incredibly proud of.

We’re not your typical Chinese buffet. You won’t find a salad bar, pizza, or French fries here. We are a true Chinese buffet, serving a wide variety of Chinese dishes that our family has spent decades perfecting.

What makes us different? We make just about everything from scratch. Our sweet & sour sauce, brown sauce, hot mustard, duck sauce, egg rolls, cheese rangoons, and so much more are made in-house. We take pride in every dish that leaves our kitchen because that’s how we’ve always done it.

When you choose to support a local business, you’re supporting local families, local employees, and people who genuinely care about this community. Every meal, every purchase, and every recommendation helps keep small businesses like ours going.

We truly appreciate every single one of you who continues to choose Nim’s Garden after all these years. Your support has meant everything to our family, and we hope to continue serving yours for many years to come.

How many times have you opened the fridge today hoping something new would magically appear? 👀

Spoiler alert… it ain’t gonna happen. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣

So quit stressing over what to cook and come see us at Nim’s Garden! We’ll do the cooking, the dishes, AND you don’t have to hear, “What’s for dinner?” 47 times today. 😅
