I sacrificed a dozen Carolina oysters this morning just to make sure they’re ready for Wednesday night. Happy to report they passed inspection with flying colors.

Steamed Carolina Oysters tonight starting at 6 PM at Milltown Saloon & Spirits.

Father’s Day Dinner preparations are underway, and we’re looking forward to serving USDA Prime Brisket and Baby Back Ribs this Friday evening.
