Meet Brian — one of the original members of the Loose Ends crew and a key reason our customers keep coming back for more.

For the past 2 years, Brian has been helping serve up great food, great memories, and plenty of smiles. Whether he’s cooking in our kitchen or experimenting with different chicken recipes at home, he takes pride in every meal that leaves the window.
