While we wait for the Rebel Mozzarella to arrive this week, so that we can place the Kinder Caprese Sandwich back on the menu, we want to remind you that you can purchase Rebel Cheese to take home, and always try our Rebel with a Cause platter from the Starters Menu!
Rain midweek will mean the patio will be quiet but come on inside, it is cozy there! (Rebel photo from our chilled bakery case is from 5/24/26, so know that all Rebel sold is always fresh and currently in-date)

There is a new and expanding veterans wellness and volunteering program growing there, and Head Baker Shannon was happy to whip these up for the group! Boston Creme and Cinnamon Sugar - any guesses on how long those lasted at the meeting?

We love to "eat the rainbow" with as many colorful veggies as we can, but sometimes, there is a lot of flavor and "yum" factor in a deceptively simple breakfast!

A warm toasted ciabatta (or GF multigrain) is the warm hug around our special seasoned breakfast tofu slices, roasted marinated mushroom bacon, smoked plant based provolone and delicious chili crema sauce.
