Morning Veggie Delight, loaded with freshly smashed avocado, sliced tomatoes and sprouts, with seasoned tofu and toasted ciabatta or gluten free multigrain toast.
(I add smoked provolone and mushroom bacon if you want to run with a "secret menu" version our TEAm calls "Morning Veggie Delight Deluxe")
