Heather's Thyme Saving Kitchen Meals prepared and frozen. Most are prepared then frozen and get cooked in the crockpot or an instant pot. Some are prepared, but require more hands on.

Anyone intrested in pork/beef roast as a freezer meal? All the prep work done for you, just put it in the crockpot in the morning, dinner ready when you get home!

I also have been asked to do smaller ones so I will be prepping smaller portions for two people.

I am back from a while off for some medical issues.

I have some meals available.
Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry
Honey Sesame Chicken Stir Fry
Pulled Pork
Beef and Barley Soup
Cilantro Lime Chicken
Chicken Taco Stew

I also have some requests for smaller portions I will be making.

I am going to be cutting some things from the menu that I have found a little issues with. I am also open to suggestions and constructive criticism if you have had issues with your meals.
