Central Tavern as you know it is closed permanently. It is bitter sweet for us. We wish the new owners well.

The Central Tavern has sold all assets, including the building in September.

Our old number is getting a bunch of calls tonight to see if we are open. We wanted to make sure the everyone knows.

It was a great run, we were voted #1 for Live Venue, Best Cocktails and Best Bar food in the MyFM Quest for the best this year.

🎄Our Miracle Christmas Popup was a major success every year. 🎅

😷We survived COVID.😷

Most of all we are proud we created a safe space for our local community.

We cannot thank you all enough for this adventure.

PROJECT ALICE - A Female Fronted Tribute to Hard Rock & Heavy Metal has been playing all over New England for the past decade. With scorching guitar riffs, an energetic rhythm section, and dynamically commanding vocals, Project Alice plays all of the best of the heavy hitters of rock & metal - putting a new and fresh take on old favorites. From Iron Maiden to Linkin Park to Bon Jovi to Metallica - Project Alice can do it all.

HYPER DRIVE - A totally gnarly tribute to the 80’s with big hair, bad fashion and kick ass Rock and Dance jams! This female-fronted band has made a name of themselves packing places big and small all over Rhode Island, and we’re thrilled to welcome them to Milford.

TOMORROW NIGHT - OUR GRAND FINALE WEEKEND KICKS OFF! We are thrilled to welcome to the stage at Central - PLATINUM THRILL & THE ELECTRIC ACES!!!

PLATINUM THRILL is a rock cover band encompassing the edgy guts of a 70’s power trio, performing covers with the passion of the artists who wrote them. This band adds their own unique, modern clear-coat, on top of every note, and consistently deliver a show that amazes audiences and leaves all who witness wanting for more. Platinum Thrill has become a local favorite among the Milford area, lighting the stage on fire venue after venue.

THE ELECTRIC ACES is an original rock & roll project that is sure to make your night come alive. The Electric Aces combines the rowdy, sleazy excess of 1989 sunset strip with the strut and abandon of underground NYC punk. Searing guitar leads, and driving rhythms provide a solid platform for the unparalleled, nuclear-powered vocals to deliver songs celebrating the joy of being alive and free in a world that too often can forget how to party. Topping the radio charts over the last year on top ten lists with veteran musicians such as STAIND, SLIPKNOT, and SEVENDUST, the Electric Aces have made a name for themselves in the original music scene throughout Massachusetts - and it’s not hard to see why.

Hey man, calling all deadheads! SATURDAY NIGHT - SKULL & ROSES: New England's Most DEADicated Tribute is BACK!!

Skull & Roses is a Boston-based Grateful Dead tribute act that consistently recreates the legendary sonic magic of this iconic American band.

They’ve staked their reputation on standing apart from the other bands in the field. Skull & Roses features a true Jerry/Bobby split on guitars and vocals, and there are no teleprompters or song sheets on stage. Everything is played and sung from memory with a deep reverence for the Dead's genre-defying music and the timeless lyrics of Hunter, Barlow, et al.
