Some meals take you right back to a booth, a paper placemat, and a menu you’ve known by heart for years. That’s the feeling here.

Gyros, grilled platters, and souvlaki are the kind of food that doesn’t need much explaining, and that works just fine. It’s the sort of counter-and-table spot where lunch can turn into dinner without anyone really noticing.

I always like places that keep things straightforward and let the food do the talking. Good to see this one still doing its thing.

You can pretty safely expect the real staples here: gyros shaved hot, souvlaki, feta-heavy salads, maybe a spanakopita that disappears faster than planned. It feels built for quick weekday pickups, beach-day appetite, and the regulars who already know their order before they reach the register.

Connecticut does this style of family-run Greek spot really well, and I’ll die on that hill. We trust these places for a reason. They feed whole neighborhoods without ever acting like a big deal. 🔗👇🏻
