The last 2 days have been very humbling. Friday 27 years sobriety with roses from the wife and Saturday our 3rd annual customer appreciation cookout. First of all I’d like to than God. Second my wife and kids. We have been blessed beyond words. Last but not least all of our customers. All this is accomplished by word of mouth and it’s just unbelievable! The card was a great surprise from a customer and family friend also. Thank you everybody from the bottom of our hearts. Barbecue done by Touch of Smoke bbq LLC.

The last 2 weeks we’ve been aerating and overseeding. Kind of late in the year in my opinion, but seeing a lot of grub damage and finding a lot of grubs. Keep an eye out on your yards. Not as noticeable now, but once it starts drying out it will be.

Just letting everyone know that salts had an increase this year and is expected to continue to rise. I have 198 bags (4 skids) left at $10 a bag cash and then the next 931 bags will be $11. I have a few companies that buy in bulk by the skids, so the sooner you buy the better. Just message me on my page.

Scheduling fall aerating and over seeding. A lot of full time customers were not put on due to not knowing if I’d have time. I have 1-2 extra weeks, so get on schedule if you want on asap. Will be starting in about 2 weeks. Free quotes of course.

Salt by the bag went up a total of $.90 a bag since January and goes up another $.40 a bag tomorrow. It’s gonna be ugly this winter if we get any kind of snow. Salt shortage for almost 2 years and you’d think they’d be able to catch up. That 19 skids with 49 bags on a skid for a total of 931 bags. Eco friendly-pet friendly. Bulk salt last July was $158 a ton ordering by the semi load and by February anywhere from $275-$425. This is treated salt I’m talking about. I e already been warned expect $30 a ton increase. Crazy!

Just a heads up. We are seeing a lot of fungus and it’s gonna get worse. Reach out and we can get it treated. Crabgrass will be an issue again in a few weeks if this keeps up. Thank you! The Smiley’s
