Today is July 13,2023 and Baltimore City Council is having a Public hearing about the Shooting in Brooklyn Homes. If you go outside City Hall on the Plywood you can see Art and Activism . The Activist in Baltimore that works for CHANGE.This Letter will be on the Wall as well as the Victims of Police Violence in Baltimore. Ivan Bates Attorney General Anthony Brown refused to defend the Black Community against Police Aggression and Brutality. Since the Consent Decree under their Administration they have used their Offices to deny those victims Due Process and Equal Protections under the Law. Federal Law Ask Erek Barron Attorney General .Today, the Misprision of a Felony statute is codified at 18 U.S.C. § 4 and provides that:
“Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.” (emphasis added).
Judge Bedar you are an Officer of the Court and in an Authoritative position concerning Baltimore City Police.
