The bottom left is what “green” (un roasted) coffee looks like. Two different levels of roasting and also a sample of Mexico coffee. I keep trying other origins and price points. The Yemen coffee costs me more. I will have one chosen very soon. Is there location of coffee growth that you want to taste?

It is time to order more beans!
(Decaf looks a bit darker)
One of our newest customers has been enjoying the Decaf that I picked up and I wanted to share a picture of how the beans look quite different due to the process
 This coffee is a Sumatra (green- unroasted) coffee that is organic, fair trade certified, and Swiss Water Process Decaffeinated.
The one on the right is the (green- unroasted) Costa Rica Special Order.

If you had fresh cookies out of the oven, that makes a difference to you. Fresh coffee that’s just been roasted and is sent to you within a couple of days is as good with those fresh cookies. As fresh as it can get, and you might even forget to add cream and sugar.
