Friends, we love you. We are sold out of nearly everything. Lines have been long the last two days, and we have booked take out orders solid through the end of today. We won't have dine-in available today because we just don't have the time or capacity to get any more meat smoked. We do have some bbq sauce available, and a few random things like hot fudge. We can't thank you enough for your support and business. THANK YOU!

The early bird gets the Turkey. We’ve been smoking all day and all night to feed as many of you as we can this final weekend. We are overwhelmed by your support. Joe Morley's BBQ is closing their doors in Midvale. After 37 years of BBQ, Joe has decided to hang up his apron and his carving knife and call it a day. We are overwhelmed with gratitude for all of your support and business for the past four decades, and thank you so much for all the opportunities you have given us to be a part of your family celebrations, company parties, weddings, funerals, birthday parties, anniversaries, and holidays. We estimate we have served over 6 million meals since we opened, but the best part for us is all the friends we have made along the way. We invite you to join us for our last weekend in business this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 11am - 9pm. Come by for lunch or dinner and maybe a last slice of mud pie. We hope this isn't the end forever, just for now, so stay tuned here for updates on future plans. We will keep this page updated with any news. We love you. Thank you.
