Hopefully your travel plans include a stop by us today, you certainly won’t regret it! We’ve finally got our BIG BOY Dino beef ribs back in stock! We’ve also got smoked oxtails, pork spare ribs, you get the picture. We may also have a little surprise for you today so stay tuned and please, COME EAT!!! We’ve cooked plenty of food for today.

Memorial Day is right around the corner, let us help you make it a relaxing one! We’re offering cold pick up of smoked meats and sides that will come with reheating/slicing instructions. The order cut off is 5/18 so make sure you do not sleep on this. Pick up will be at 410 E. 37th st May 23 12-4pm.

Wishing all the very special mothers a wonderful weekend and Happy Mother’s Day!! Fellas, make sure to give mom what she really wants, which should be brisket. She messaged us saying she wanted brisket just fyi.

Looks like the forecast dried up a little bit, but that’s certainly not the case for our meats! Looking like there’s still quite a bit of moisture in the atmosphere 💦💦💦🌊

Today we have our hot honey pork spare ribs on special, as well as smoked oxtails, and Dino beef ribs. Smoked meats, chef driven sides, helluva good time.
