Every event reminds us why Pacha was born 🤎

It makes us so happy to see more and more people discovering Pacha, and with it, the details, flavors, and stories behind our desserts.

Every detail is thoughtfully made with love, and every dessert is created as if we were making it for ourselves. We love seeing people’s reactions when they take their first spoonful at each tasting and feeling that all the hard work is worth it. 🥹

We know there is always room to improve, and every comment and piece of feedback we receive means so much to us. It helps us learn, grow, and continue making Pacha better.

We’re a family, with different ideas, strengths, and perspectives, but with one shared goal: to give you an incredible dessert experience while sharing a story deeply connected to our roots and our beautiful Peru. 🇵🇪

We’re so excited to share that Pacha Spoonables has been invited by the Virginia Museum of History & Culture to be part of the We the People Restaurant Showcase! 🇵🇪🤎

This special evening celebrates Richmond’s vibrant culinary community and the many cultures and stories that make Virginia what it is today.

We’ll be there representing Peru with our Peruvian-inspired spoonable desserts, sharing a little taste of our home. ✨

We’re especially excited to be part of an event that celebrates how food brings people together, connects cultures, and keeps our stories alive.

Known as “The Gold of the Incas,” lúcuma is one of Peru’s most treasured fruits. Loved for generations, it’s known for its naturally sweet, creamy flavor with notes of caramel and maple.

For us, it brings back memories of home. That’s why we wanted to turn it into something truly special — pairing lúcuma manjar with rich chocolate cake and handmade chocolate fudge.
