Oktoberfest is on at Capital Ale House. 🍻🇩🇪

For a limited time, we’ve got a whole lineup of German-inspired specials:

🍄 Festival Mushrooms — Whole mushrooms sautéed with onions, garlic, and paprika, with garlic sauce and a baguette for dipping.

🥪 Sauerbraten Sandwich — Tender beef sauerbraten with caramelized onions and mushroom gravy on an onion-poppy roll, served with German potato salad.

🥘 Goulash — German-style beef stew with potatoes and onions, slow-cooked with red w**e, herbs, and spices, and served with potato dumplings.

🍔 Berliner Burger — A fresh beef burger topped with grilled knackwurst, fried onions, and spicy curry-ketchup, with fries on the side.

🥩 Schwenkbraten — Two marinated, grilled bone-in pork chops with curried onions, rotkohl, and Gruyère cheese spaetzle.

🍽️ Sauerbraten — 7-day marinated roast beef topped with gingersnap gravy, served with Gruyère cheese spaetzle and rotkohl.

And at our Midlothian location, **Schweinhaxe Sunday** brings a German b**r hall classic to the table: a 2¼ lb. roasted pork shank with crispy skin, potato dumplings, b**r gravy, and braised onions. (Sundays after 5 pm only, online reservations with # of Schweinhaxe encouraged)
