Prairie Grain Bread Company All-natural, wholesome bread made using the finest wheat from Montana – our flour is stone-ground in our bakery every day with our own stone burr mill.

Our fresh-ground wheat straight from Montana is what sets our products apart from the rest. Our wheat arrives monthly by the truck load and goes straight into the mill room for our stones to begin work. Because we make our own flour from all-natural wholesome wheat, all the beneficial nutrients are already there. For added nutrition, we also add flaxseed to our nine-grain bread - a best-seller. Ou

r low-carb “spelt” bread has also been a very popular item for those with wheat allergies and also because of the positive health effects. Some of our items are sold exclusively at our location in Midlothian, VA such as our Cinnamon Swirl, Sourdough, Pumpkin Raisin, and more. Robyn loves to experiment with new combinations of flavors and conducts her own market research to gage their popularity – free taste tests for all patrons who pass by our bakery!

In honor of America’s 250th birthday, Prairie Grain Bread Company will be closed on Friday, July 4th so our team can spend time celebrating with their families and friends.

We’re incredibly grateful for our customers and community, and we hope your holiday is filled with everything that makes this country special: great family, great friends, and of course… great bread.

Summer is the time for cookouts and we've got your epic cook out covered!! Whether you need Hamburger or Hot Dog buns we can make them for you.

While limited for a walkin basis, we can always make a batch for just for you, and the best part? We can make it out of any type of bread we make for you!

We did it! Today I shipped package 750! 750 in the last 11 months! We also just passed 450 online orders, im just wondering if we can do 500 in our first 12 months?

We've shipped to all four corners of the US (California, Washington, Maine and Florida!), and almost every county in Virginia!
