🌟Glazed Donut 🌟

A classic doughnut known for its light, sweet, and fluffy yeast-raised ring shape coated in a thin, sugary vanilla glaze.

TEXTURE:
This donut features a thin sugary glaze that shatters slightly upon the first bite. The dough compresses easily with zero resistance and simply melts in your mouth. YUM!

FLAVOR:
A quick sugar rush from the glaze that’s then balanced by a smooth vanilla. The dough is a subtle, rich flavor from the yeast, butter, and milk that has been mixed, shaped, and had time to rise. Our bakers follow this process every morning onsite! It gives a clean, slightly buttery aftertaste without heavy grease because we fry all of our donuts in 100% beef tallow. Mmmmm.

🫐 Blueberry Cake Donut 🫐

A blueberry cake donut is a dense, moist, and cake-like donut featuring sweet bursts of blueberries, a golden-brown textured exterior, and a sweet glaze.

TEXTURE: Made with baking powder or baking soda instead of yeast, giving it a rich, cake-like bite. Often features signature cracks on the outer crust where a sweet glaze can melt inside. Mmmmmm!

SHAPE: Blueberry cake donuts are always formed into a classic round donut shape before they’re fried in 100% beef tallow.

COATING: Once fried, the donut is dipped into a sweet sugary icing to create a thin glaze. 🤤
