Long-time Gelati Celesti customers might remember this one. White Chocolate was one of our original House Favorites. Real white chocolate, extra rich and understated. No mix-ins needed.

Then Just Ask came along. White Chocolate left the always-available menu and became the base for our most popular flavor instead.

Now it gets a Throwback Thursday of its own.

Available August 20 at all 11 neighborhood shops for a limited run. There’s no telling how quickly it’ll go.

It’s always a good day for pie. National Ice Cream Pie Day just makes it official.

Bring home one of our five House Favorite pies or sample a few with individual slices. It’s the kind of surprise that makes the day a little better.

Years ago, we called this flavor Espresso. Then we called our friends at Blanchard's Coffee and started grinding their Dark as Dark espresso beans right into our ice cream. Bold coffee flavor, a little buzz included.

Back August 13 for Throwback Thursday at all 11 neighborhood shops. Banana went fast, and we can’t guarantee how long this one will last. If Dark as Dark is your favorite, don’t wait too long.

Fruit, front and center. 🍓 Sometimes a scoop of sorbetto is exactly what the day calls for.

Passion Fruit and Raspberry Hibiscus are available at most shops, but what’s in the case varies, so you might also find Lemon, Margarita, or another favorite waiting for you.

They say it’s just an ice cream shop. Yeah. But a lot happens here.

Back in our first production facility, our accountant shared his desk with boxes (and boxes) of bananas while they ripened for ice cream.

Fortunately, he has the desk to himself these days. Mostly. And we still take Banana pretty seriously around here.

That's why it's kicking off Throwback Thursdays. Sweet cream ice cream blended with ripe bananas, back today for a limited run at all 11 neighborhood shops. It might last all week. It might be gone tomorrow. So grab a scoop while it lasts.
