Welcome to BS Choppers, a family owned and operated company newly minted into the food trailer business. Brad and Steve of BS Choppers, best friends turned family, have been cooking up delicious recipes together and have dreamed of serving their delicious one of a kind creations in a public forum for 20+ years now. And they’ve had plenty of practice. Aside from becoming legendary among family and friends for their famous BS Choppers, this delicatessen duo has been serving the community with their God-given grilling gifts as well. They formed the idea for a monthly men’s prayer breakfast at their home church now known as The Peak Church, several years ago. What began as Brad and Steve cooking for a small men’s group has now grown to approximately 100 people monthly as well as catering special church events and friends annual Halloween parties, 4th of July parties and BBQ events.
Those closest to them have been urging them to start a food service business for many years and the opportunity finally presented itself in the form of a rolling kitchen on wheels….which reads like a full circle turn of events since the pair met while employed at the same car dealership in the 90s.
The years have seen their families grow, having five kids between them so it will be an all hands on deck endeavor. Having lived in Midlothian Texas since 2003 they are excited to announce their grand opening right here in their own backyard on October 29, 2022 at Union 28.
