❤️ Locally Owned Owners Angie, Lino, and Eddie have had over 25 years in the service industry. One day, as all three were having breakfast, they thought a restaurant specializing in breakfast and brunch is a concept the community of Midlothian is missing. After a year's work and the support of our family and friends, we have finally arrived! We truly pride ourselves in being a local family-owned and operated business. We love Midlothian, its people, and its fellowship! We aim to treat all customers as one of our own so come give us a try and feel right at home! Wishing a happy birthday to Lino one of the owners and the talented chef behind Ale’s Kitchen! From a young age, his dream was to one day own a restaurant and build a career doing what he truly loves. Today, that dream is a reality because of his hard work, dedication, creativity, and drive to succeed.He is not just a restaurant owner—he is a true chef who is passionate about his craft. His talent and creativity can be seen throughout our menu. From our breakfast favorites to our lunch and dinner options, the variety of dishes we offer is a reflection of his creative mind, years of experience, and love for creating great food. Owning a restaurant takes sacrifice, long hours, determination, and a whole lot of heart, and we are grateful for everything he continues to pour into Ale’s Kitchen.
