Woke up to this, Super Pollo, cut down our trees. We have stayed quiet but its enough. Since they started construction back in August Oplex construction Company has stepped all over our boundaries, which has led us to proceed legally. The City of Midland was notified several times but nothing was done, showing that big corporations can do as they please with small businesses. They would park their big machinery in our back parking lot, we tried to compromise with our hours of operations, they continued to use our parking had to call authorities a few times, cut our trees in the back, blocked alley indefinitely, told our customers they couldn't park in our parking lot, broke our wall, that has yet to be fixed, broke our gas line, which led to having to close, and now they cut our front trees and throw all debris on our parking lot. Every businesses deserves to thrive, but play fair. It has been very stressful not knowing what they'll do next. We have great customers and are grateful for the many years. We just hope that our situation will serve as a catalyst for change in how large corporations interact with small businesses in our community. Welcome to share
