My wife, Amanda Ali, and I ,Michael Ali, started this journey because we love food and hospitality. Making someone a delicious plate of food and hearing that they enjoyed it is priceless. Unfortunately I’m writing this post to let our customers know we will not be going forward with Beefcake Burger in 2025. We will be pursuing other opportunities, but we had a blast. It was a lot of hard work but very rewarding. We also met some of the best and down to earth people along the way. We’d like to thank our customers! Exciting day today for Beefcake Burger. Be on the lookout for us this Friday on ABC Big 2 News for their segment Basin Bites.
In this process, we realize we haven’t put out there who we are and why we do what we do. It’s simple. My husband loooves food and we love people who love food. We took a shot on ourselves and here we are.
Those little details, the “love” that goes into a recipe. It can’t be bought or manufactured. From our homemade chili, to our homemade burger sauce, to grass fed beef, homemade aqua fresca and all the details in between.
We genuinely care about the food you’re eating. Our heart, sweat, and tears to make great food so you don’t have to think about it. The world is chaotic enough, food is sometimes the highlight of the day. Let us be that for you when you need us.
So, all fellow foodies, give us a shot. You won’t be disappointed
