I had a great time getting to know husband-and-wife owners, Vicki and Vinny, of Tranquili-Tea Calm Your Mind Tea House & Cafe in Downtown Middletown. This unique café is truly one of a kind, with a dedicated focus on mental wellness and more than 30 teas designed to help guests slow down, disconnect, unwind, and recharge.

I loved spending time there and seeing firsthand how this artisan small business operates. I know you’ll enjoy it just as much as I did.

Girl power in every cup! 💕 Tranquili-Tea Calm Your Mind is teaming up with Kristy from the American Cancer Society to support Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Hudson Valley, happening October 18 at Woodbury Common in Central Valley.

The Girl Power Tea is low in caffeine and packed with green tea, echinacea, elderberries, rose hip, mango, sage, and raspberry. Plus, every sale helps support this important cause and women in our community. 🌸
