Catering Event Lead
Kelli’s Kitchen is looking for a confident, organized and hands-on Catering Event Lead to oversee the day-of ex*****on of our catered events.
This is a leadership position for someone who can walk into a busy event, understand the plan, organize a team, communicate professionally with clients and vendors, and keep everything on track from departure through final breakdown.
What you’ll do:
• Review menus, timelines, staffing and event details before departure
• Lead setup and assign responsibilities to the event team
• Coordinate with venues, planners and other vendors
• Oversee food service, presentation, timing and guest experience
• Keep the team organized and accountable throughout the event
• Troubleshoot challenges and make decisions when things change
• Lead the entire breakdown and cleanup process
• Make sure equipment and supplies are properly cleaned, accounted for and returned
We’re looking for someone who:

✔️ Is highly organized and detail-oriented
✔️ Can stay calm and solution-oriented under pressure
✔️ Communicates professionally
✔️ Takes initiative and leads from the front
✔️ Takes pride in hospitality, presentation and guest service
✔️ Is dependable and willing to take ownership of an event from beginning to end
Previous catering, banquet, restaurant, hospitality, wedding or event leadership experience is strongly preferred.
💰 Competitive compensation starting at $35/hour
