Team Tuesday 🤍

This week, we’re highlighting our Blackstone Baddie of the Week, Reilly Demers! Reilly has been part of the Blackstone team for five years, starting as an event manager before being promoted to Sales Manager for Shepherd’s Run, her favorite venue!

Originally from Wilbraham, MA, Reilly now lives in Warwick, RI, with her boyfriend, Nathan. She studied hospitality and event management at Fisher College and is a proud cat mom to Neely and Lola.

Outside of work, Reilly loves the beach, reading, a good margarita, and of course pickles.

One of Reilly’s favorite parts of Blackstone is bringing her brides’ visions to life and seeing their reactions when everything comes together & her favorite menu item is the chicken and waffles.

Her positivity and constant smile are always a joy to see at every shift, and we’re so lucky to have her on our team! 💌

Team Tuesday 🤍

Today we’re highlighting Dylan Thompson, who has been part of the Blackstone team for two seasons as one of our event managers.

Originally from Warwick, RI, and now living in Middletown, Dylan studied writing and poetry at URI. When he’s not managing events, you’ll probably find him listening to music, playing guitar, or singing. Random fun fact, dylan is actually an ordained minister!!

Dylan is one of those managers who brings positive energy wherever he goes. He’s hardworking, always willing to learn, and genuinely cares about both his team and every event he works.

One of Dylan’s most notable Blackstone memories was getting to watch John Mulaney perform stand-up at an event. His favorite venue to work at is the Tennis Hall of Fame, and his favorite menu item is the steak frites hors d’oeuvre.

Thank you dylan for all that you do! 😌

Today we’re highlighting Destiny Ford, our Blackstone Baddie of the Week 🤌🏼
Destiny has been part of the team for seven seasons as one of our talented cooks.

Originally from Newport, RI, and now living in Fall River, Destiny studies culinary arts at CCRI. She’s also part of a true Blackstone family—working alongside six of her siblings! When she’s not in the kitchen, she loves spending time with her nieces and nephew. At home, she’s kept busy by her four cats: Kitty, Lynn, Sky, and Lily.

Destiny’s favorite Blackstone memory is any event where she gets to work alongside her sister, Desi. Her favorite venue is Rosecliff, and one fun fact about her is that she lovessss wedding cake!

Not only are we incredibly lucky to have Destiny’s talent in the kitchen, but her sense of humor and infectious personality make her such a joy to work with. ❤️

Team Tuesday 🤍

Today we’re highlighting Kevin O’Malley, who has been part of the Blackstone team for two seasons as a member of our waitstaff.

Kevin is from Riverside, RI, and studies psychology at RIC. When he’s not at an event, he enjoys spending time with his friends and girlfriend and collecting action figures. At home, he has a black lab named Snoop and a black cat named Lily.

If you’ve ever worked with Kevin, you know he’s one of the funniest people on our team and always brings great energy to every event. He’s a joy to have on staff, and we’re lucky to have him as part of the Blackstone family.

Kevin’s favorite venue to work at is Blithewold, and his favorite menu item is the short rib entrée.
