🚨We are putting the final touches on our 𝐒𝐢𝐩 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 plan for Thursday, and will be pairing Working Draft B**r Company Kettenraucher smoked l***r with Roth Cheese Grand Cru cheese fondue. 100% local, 100% fall, 100% spectacular!

🍺 𝗞𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 (German for “chain smoker”) is the third in a series of smoked l***rs brewed in collaboration between Working Draft and Full Mile B**r Co. & Kitchen. Inspired by one of the most iconic smoked l***rs in the world, Schlenkerla Marzen, this smoky amber l***r has a rich malt profile and deeper amber color than a standard Oktoberfest without coming off sweet or cloying. It is rich, smokey and complex, yet very drinkable. Originally only available in Working Draft and Full Mile’s tap rooms, we are very excited to add Kettenraucher to our tap list!

🧀 We are pairing this b**r with a cheese fondue. Roth Cheese has generously donated their 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐮 cheese for this event. Made in Wisconsin in traditional Alpine style, its rich, nutty and slightly sweet profile will contrast deliciously with the campfire notes of the Kettenraucher. 🔥

🥳 Cheers to a fabulous inaugural season of Middleton Night Markets at Stone Horse Green. Tonight was a beautiful sendoff for this incredible community event. 🤩 Thank you to the organizers, sponsors, vendors, musicians and everyone who came out to enjoy the festivities all summer long. 🫶

🌶️Szechuan Crispy Chicken: chicken thigh, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, szechuan aioli
🍔Pepperoncini Burger: grass-fed beef, crispy soppressata, provolone, pepperoncini, garlic aioli

🚨This month’s 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚 coincides with our kickoff of 𝐎𝐤𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭! Chef Erik and team are getting into the spirit and have come up with a yummy second broth: New Glarus Brewing Co. Staghorn Oktoberfest, butter, garlic and our house gemütlich onions sauteed with warm spices of juniper, paprika, curry, thyme and oregano.

They join our classic broth of white w**e/butter/garlic, and of course are served with Frites and Madison Sourdough baguette to soak up all the goodness.

Available at lunch and dinner. But don’t dilly dally - when they’re gone, they’re gone.

Labor Day is in the rear view menu and we’re all settling into new fall routines. It’s a big transitional time for us as the weather cools, Oktoberfest b**rs start to pour, patio season shortens and fall produce starts coming in from our farm partners. But we’re not done with summer quite yet. Join us in the next week for a last chance to enjoy a few of our summer dishes before our fall menu update on Sept 24. 😎

We are working in partnership with WayForward Resources and Madison Area Food Pantry Gardens to ensure our neighbors have access to enough nutritious food. 🧡

🪙Round up your purchase every time you visit in September and we will donate all proceeds directly to WayForward. Every cent counts.
