Coffee4ALL has been a journey of pain, perseverance, and resilience for Rays wife. An Army veteran family business that means so much to me and my family.
Years ago we signed a the lease for a Cafe business and immediately COVID hit, and we could not open the doors for at least a year. Just when I hoped things were getting better, my husband Sergeant First Class (SFC) Ray Norton, an Army veteran health condition worsen after struggling with an auto immune condition, just before our grand opening, I lost my partner in life and in this dream and was left alone to continue, on March 27, 2022, three months after he passed l pushed myself and opened the doors to honor him through grief and pain.
Since then, the challenges have kept coming. Operating in Stoughton became even harder when the road leading to the building was shut down for almost a year for construction. That setback forced me to look for other alternatives, and sadly I had to close the doors of the cafe. Even then, I did not give up on the vision behind Coffee4ALL Bistro.
Earlier this year, I secured a new space and hoped for a fresh start. Instead, I was met with updates and renovations that were required to bring the space up to code. The funds set aside for operations had to go toward getting the space to standard code.
Any support from this fundraiser will help us with operation costs so I can continue building the vision Ray left me to continue and sustain the business into the future.
Over time, recurring donations would provide steady support for ongoing expenses, and one-time gifts or coming in would also make a real difference.
If you are able to help, I respectfully ask for your support for this Army veteran family business and as a veteran widow trying to continue the vision we built together. Whether by donating or sharing this fundraiser, it would mean so much to me. Your support will help me keep Coffee4ALL moving forward and continue the vision I worked so hard to carry on.
